About Me
Hi, I’m Kris Lawrie.
I’m here to help you meet your goals and take control of your overall health and fitness.
Health and fitness have always been pillars of my life. I am so excited to have the opportunity to share that same joy with you!
I started my fitness journey through different after school sports programs and became a three-sport athlete in high school and later played basketball in college at Colorado State-Pueblo. Go Thunderwolves!
After college, I used my years of training to help friends and family begin their fitness and weight loss journeys. Now a certified personal trainer, I work hard to create programs that take advantage of where you are at today and your base kinesiology while working on improving nutrition for better long-lasting results.
This isn’t a crash diet or exercise plan; this is the start of your new normal.
